Smash Burger

Jeff is excited to be exclusively representing the first franchisees for Smash Burger in Arkansas! Smash Burger has been voted the number one fast casual restaurant chain in North America according to Forbes Magazine. We were recently successful in negotiating a long term lease for their first location on Walton Blvd in Bentonville, AR where they are now open and blowing the doors off. We are currently in lease negotiotion for two more locations in Northwest Arkansas.

Little Guys Movers

Jeff recently represented the fast growing Austin Texas moving company in the successful lease negotiation of their new and expanded location in Fayetteville, AR. Little Guys has been in Fayetteville for five years and had out grown their location on College Avenue. Little Guys business model has them occupying high visibility retail buildings with a hip urban feel. We were able to repurpose a former Blockbuster building on MLK Blvd and after their remodel it looks like they are what they are. The coolest moving company in Arkansas!

Hanna's Candles

Jeff recently represented Hanna's Candles in the successful sale and lease back of their 660,000 SF 47 acre facility. This 11.5 million dollar transaction, the largest single transaction at Lindsey and Associates, paved the way for Hanna's Candles to continue their successful Candle manufacturing operation in the 300,000 SF manufacturing portion of the building and at the same time brought Northwest Arkansas a new international company that will operate in the 300,000 SF distribution center on site.

Courthouse Concepts

After several successful years on the square in downtown Fayetteville and a second location in Little Rock, AR Jeff recently represented these young entrepreneurs in location and purchasing a new location in north Fayetteville, AR. Their remodel is complete and they are open for business ready to fulfill all your back ground and drug testing needs.

Inmar in Tontitown

Jeff recently represented JB Hanna, LLC in the successful marketing and leasing of their 88,000 sf industrial facility in Tontitown, AR. Inmar who processes returns for Walmart Stores will make full use of this free standing facility for many years to come.

Farris Insurance

Jeff recently represented Farris Insurance in their recent acquisition of a multi building business park in Springdale, AR. The sale required the affirmation of several tenants while allowing for space for the insurance company to occupy as well. We are happy to report that this office park is now in very good hands and looks and functions better than ever.

Habitat For Humanity

After placing Habitat for Humanities retail 'Restore' in south Fayetteville five years ago we were recently successful assisting Habitat in the successful negation of their lease renewal at the same location. We wish the best for Habitat as they continue to do so much good for the deserving families in Northwest Arkansas.

Foghorns Wings and Burgers

Jeff recently represented the owner of the highly successful Foghorns Wings local restaurant chain in the purchase of second generation restaurant space in Rogers, AR and Springdale, AR. This is the second and third restaurant buildings Jeff has been able to locate and negotiate a successful transaction for Foghorns in the past two years. In creative fashion we helped Foghorns acquire not only his newest store in Fayetteville, AR but we were able to help him acquire the building adjacent to his restaurant as an income producing addition to the acquisition. The Fayetteville and Springdale locations are already open and exceeding expectations! We can't wait for the remodel to be complete in Rogers and look forward to many great meals and live music on the patio soon!

JB Hanna Rentals

Jeff recently represented JB Hanna Rentals in the successful lease negotiations with IFCO pallet company. IFCO signed a ten year lease on 115,000 SF in a single tenant building in The Fayetteville Industrial Park. This will be a net gain of jobs for Fayetteville, AR.

First Security Bank

Earlier this year Jeff represented First Security Bank the previous owners of a four building 26,000 SF office park in north Fayetteville in the leasing and eventual sale of this property. When Jeff Pederson and Lindsey and Associates began the agency relationship the property was close to 50% occupied. Jeff was able to acquire enough tenants and negotiate the necessary leases to bring this property to 100% Occupancy. At that time Jeff was able to secure a qualified investor that purchased the property from First Security resulting in a multi-million dollar sale for the bank.
